    In the book, „Neti: Healing Secrets of Yoga and Ayurveda”, author speaks about the popularity of this method of personal hygiene and how it contributes to our health. The author highlights that good breathing, give us more energy and helps us to have a better life. About the book, I also have to say that it is divided into two parts, „How to use Neti pot”and „Advanced techniques for use neti pot”. In the first part, you’ll learn more about what neti pot and nasal irrigation involves, you’ll get an introduction to Yoga and Ayurveda and learn more about pranic healing. The second part of the book, will show you what is the connection between neti therapies and Ayurvedic yoga exercises.
